The Ivy Hill Neighborhood Association is a 501c3 charitable organization that provides support, advocacy and recreational events for youth, seniors and families of the West Ward and the city of Newark as a whole. Each year, this organization strives to provide a FREE fun filled day of activities for residents all around Newark and its bordering neighbors at Ivy Hill Park. This event takes a great deal of funding to provide the festival participants with free food, refreshments, arts and crafts, & great entertainment.
The Ivy Hill Food Festival is a great way to bring the community and residents together for fun, information, entertainment, and good food. Traditionally, residents of the community stock the tables with ethnic dishes from all over the world, while the Association provides the basic food staples, soft drinks and activities for the kids, as well as entertainment from both local and professional talents. The goal is to highlight our international cultures and celebrate our unity.
